中国企业情报工作的两大误区

Two Misunderstandings of Chinese Enterprise Intelligence Work

情报是决策和行动的依据,情报工作是国家、企业或组织参与竞争的“耳目”。企业情报-信息系统是企业运营和市场竞争的“神经系统”。目前,中国企业对于竞争情报和竞争情报工作的认知程度并不很高,大多数企业对于情报或者竞争情报的认知还存在着很大的误区。本文着重讨论这种误区中的两个重要方面,一是情报和信息的混淆,二是对情报工作内容和性质的模糊认识。本文还通过企业竞争情报工作实际案例,论证情报工作若要对决策提供有效的支持、体现真正的价值,必须克服以上两大误区。

Intelligence is the basis of decision-making and action,and intelligence work is the“eyes and ears”of a country,enterprise or organization to participate in the competition.Enterprise intelligence-information system is the“nervous system”of enterprise operation and market competition.At present,Chinese enterprises’cognition of competitive intelligence and competitive intelligence work is not very high,and most enterprises’cognition of competitive intelligence or competitive intelligence work still has a great misunderstanding.This paper focuses on two important aspects of this misunderstanding,one is the confusion of information and information,the other is the vague understanding of the content and nature of information work.Through the practical cases of enterprise competitive intelligence work,this paper demonstrates that the above two misunderstandings must be overcome if intelligence work is to provide effective support for decision-making and embody real value.
