静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱技术在中药分析中的应用进展 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,四级杆/静电场轨道阱质谱技术以其高通量、高精确质量数、高灵敏度以及可对未知化合物进行快速筛查和结构确证的特性而备受人们关注。该技术在生命基础科学、环保检测及食品科学领域应用较多,而在中药分析领域尚在起步阶段,具有良好的应用前景。本文通过简要介绍静电场轨道阱质谱及其联用技术的发展过程,同时系统地对该技术近年来在中药分析领域中的应用进展与应用前景进行分析,并就近年来静电场轨道阱质谱在中药定性、定量及中药安全性分析中做的研究进展进行了归总分析,对该技术在中药中的应用规律及与其他质谱技术的对比进行了探讨。 In recent years,quadrupole/electrostatic field orbittrap high resolution mass spectrometry has attracted much attention due to its high flux,high precision mass number,high sensitivity,and the ability to quickly screen and confirm the structure of unknown compound.This technology is widely used in the fields of life basic science,environmental protection detection and food science,while in the field of traditional Chinese medicine analysis,it is still in its infancy with good application prospect.In this paper,the development of electrostatic field orbittrap high resolution mass spectrometry and its combination technology was briefly introduced.At the same time,the application progress and application prospect of this technology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine analysis in recent years were systematically analyzed.
