顶层设计在智慧园区建设中起着引领的作用,因而有必要就智慧园区的顶层设计的目标、作用、内容、框架以及设计过程中遇到的问题与解决方案等方面在此与大家共同探讨。并对雄安新区实例进行解析,以期我们能在该领域的认知更上一个台阶。
