摘要
介绍了核电站设备预防性防腐蚀管理的发展历程及最新进展。由于腐蚀失效导致的纠正性维修活动显著增加,对大亚湾等核电站在役运行机组率先启动并实施了设备预防性防腐蚀大纲,构建了相应的防腐蚀管理体系。在国内新建核电站,这一方法被接受并逐渐延伸至核电工程机组建设阶段,而且在预防性防腐蚀大纲执行及优化过程中建立了以预防性防腐蚀大纲为中心覆盖全厂材料防腐蚀分级的管理体系,并形成了多项防腐蚀管理标准。从预防性防腐蚀大纲与其他大纲的关联性、设备腐蚀状态检查结果在防腐蚀实施项目中的应用两个方面,分析了预防性防腐蚀管理体系建立中应注意的问题。
The development process and latest development of preventive corrosion protection management for nuclear power plant equipment are introduced. Due to the significant increase of corrective maintenance activities caused by corrosion failure, the equipment preventive anti-corrosion programme for in-service operating units was first started and implemented in Daya Bay and other nuclear power plants, and a corresponding anti-corrosion management system was established. In domestic new nuclear power plants, this methodology has been accepted and gradually extended to the construction stage of nuclear power engineering units. And in the process of implementation and optimization of preventive anti-corrosion programme, a management system covering the anti-corrosion classification of the whole plant materials with the preventive anti-corrosion programme as the center was established. A number of preventive corrosion management technical standards were formed. The problems that should be noticed in the establishment of preventive corrosion protection management system are analyzed from two aspects as follows, the correlation between corrosion protection programme and other programmes, and the application of corrosion inspection results of equipment to the implementation of anti-corrosion projects.
