摘要
教师在教育生活中意义的迷失和精神家园的失落是新时代教师队伍建设中亟待解决的问题。时间作为教师教育生活的重要构成和教师理解教育生活的重要视角,对意义的生成有奠基作用。以往对于教师意义困境的破解思路聚焦于对自然时间和制度时间的批判上,却忽略了只有被意识直观到的“内在时间”才能安排人的事务,成为教师教育经验的表达和意义建构的变量。对教师教育生活意义困境的超越必须从对“外在时间”的关注转移到对“内在时间”的关注上来,才能真正进入到意义生成的时间结构中,实现对教师意义困境的根本变革。在内在时间视域下,时间具有不同的前后序列,并可以被能动地改造和利用,教师可以通过对过去、当下、未来三个时间的反思性“回顾”、道德性“等待”、建设性“扩充”以及艺术性“想象”等,实现自我意义世界的重建。对意义的本真追寻,要求每一个教师在教育生活之中主动承担起建构自我教育生命模式的责任,将时间与自我的生命联通,并由此进入异彩纷呈、活泼奔涌的意义世界。
The loss of meaning and spiritual home in teachers’educational life is a severe problem that need to be addressed in the construction of the teachers team in the new era.As an important component of teachers’educational life and an important perspective for teachers’understanding of educational life,time has a foundational role in the generation of meaning.Previous approaches to the meaning dilemma of teachers have focused on the critique of natural time and institutional time,but neglected one fact that only"inner time",which is intuited by consciousness,can arrange human affairs and become a variable for the expression of teachers’educational experience and the construction of meaning.The transcendence of the meaning dilemma of teachers’educational life must shift from the focus on"external time"to"internal time"to truly enter into the temporal structure of meaning making and achieve a fundamental change in the meaning dilemma of teachers.Under the perspective of inner time,time has different sequences and can be dynamically transformed and utilized,and teachers generate meaning through reflectively“reviewing”,morally“waiting”,immensely“expanding”,and artistically“imagining”in three subsets of time:the past,the present and the future.The authentic search for meaning requires each teacher to take the responsibility of constructing their own educational life pattern in the educational life,and to enter the colorful and lively world of meaning.
