信息技术环境下学生量化评价的伦理隐忧与省思 被引量:3

Ethical worries and Reflections on students’quantitative evaluation under the environment of information technology

摘要 随着电子白板、智慧学习平台等信息技术的快速发展以及在教育领域的广泛应用,学生学习的过程性数据能够得以留存,再加上被冠以赋能、解放、智能、高效等特质的班级管理类软件的应用,学生的行为表现也得以更加便捷、持续地收集、记录与保存,为教师更全面地评价学生、更精准地开展教学提供了可能。然而,学生评价的高频次、数量化与全覆盖使得学生持续处于全景敞视之中,引发了焦虑、恐惧等深层困扰,亟需突破和超越简单量化管理评价的教学勇气和想象力,重新看见并给予空间来滋养难被量化的数字以外的重要维度。 With the rapid development of information technologies such as electronic whiteboards and intelligent learning platforms and their wide application in the field of education,the process data of students’learning can be preserved.In addition,the application of class management software with the characteristics of empowerment,liberation,intelligence and efficiency can also make the behavior of students more convenient and sustainable to collect,record and preserve,so as to provide teachers with a more comprehensive evaluation of students It is possible to carry out teaching more accurately.However,the high frequency,quantification and full coverage of student evaluation make students continuously in a panoramic view,causing deep troubles such as anxiety and fear.It is urgent to break through and surpass the teaching courage and imagination of simple quantitative management evaluation,and re see and give space to nourish important dimensions beyond the numbers that are difficult to be quantified.
