随着电子白板、智慧学习平台等信息技术的快速发展以及在教育领域的广泛应用,学生学习的过程性数据能够得以留存,再加上被冠以赋能、解放、智能、高效等特质的班级管理类软件的应用,学生的行为表现也得以更加便捷、持续地收集、记录与保存,为教师更全面地评价学生、更精准地开展教学提供了可能。然而,学生评价的高频次、数量化与全覆盖使得学生持续处于全景敞视之中,引发了焦虑、恐惧等深层困扰,亟需突破和超越简单量化管理评价的教学勇气和想象力,重新看见并给予空间来滋养难被量化的数字以外的重要维度。
