摘要
低温甲醇洗酸性气采用络合铁硫磺回收工艺,酸性尾气中H2S浓度<5×10^(-6),满足《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB 14554-1993)的排放要求;回收后的粗硫膏经熔硫精制可达到工业级硫磺品质,是低潜硫量酸性气硫磺回收的合适工艺选择.
The acid gas from low-temperature methanol washing adopts the complex iron sulfur recovery process,and the hydrogen sulfide concentration in the acid tail gas is lower than 5×10^(-6),which meets the emission requirements of the"odor pollutant emission standardn(GB 14554-1993).The recovered crude sulfur paste can reach industrial grade sulfur quality after molten sulfur refining,which is a suitable process choice for sulfur recovery of acid gas with low latent sulfur.
