摘要
兖矿新疆煤化工有限公司60万t/a醇氨联产项目液氮洗燃料气、甲醇合成膨胀气(后统称燃料气)按原有设计,均采用火炬高点燃烧后排放方式进行处理,不但浪费了资源,而且对环境产生影响.通过建立了一套管网,将燃料气用于热电锅炉和气化炉烘炉,替代部分煤炭和天然气燃烧,实现节能降耗,废弃资源再利用.
According to the original design,the liquid nitrogen washing fuel gas and methanol synthesis expansion gas(hereinafter collectively referred to as fuel gas)of the 600 kt/a alcohol ammonia co production project of Yankuang Xinjiang Coal Chemical Company are all treated by the discharge method after combusted in flare,which not only wastes resources,but also has an impact on the environment.Through the establishment of a pipe network,the fuel gas is used for the thermoelectric boilers and gasifiers to replace part of the coal and natural gas combustion,so as to save energy,reduce consumption and reuse waste resources.
