本文对大颗粒装置耐热输送带生产使用情况进行介绍,并对影响其使用寿命的因素进行分析,结合生产实践经验提出严把热硫化接头关、多种修补方式结合、日常防水保护等措施,进一步延长输送带的全生命运行周期,保证装置长周期稳定运行.

This paper introduces the production and use of heat-resistant conveyor belt in large particle urea device,and analyzes the factors affecting its service life.Combined with practical experience in production,measures such as strictly controlling the quality of hot vulcanized joints,various repairing methods combination and daily waterproof protection are put forward to further prolong the whole life cycle of the conveyor belt and ensure the long-term stable operation.
