汽车轮毂柔性夹具的径向动态夹持刚度研究

摘要 设计了一种可以在无须人为更换零部件的情况下实现对直径为43.18~50.8 cm轮毂进行可靠装夹的汽车轮毂柔性夹具.对所设计的夹具结构在工作过程中的受力情况进行了分析,确定了夹具最大径向位移与刀具切削要素之间的函数关系,建立了夹具径向动态夹持刚度理论模型.采用有限元数值模拟的方法对夹具的径向夹持刚度特性进行了分析.结果表明:夹紧力的大小对轮毂夹具径向动态夹持刚度没有影响,轮毂夹具的径向动态夹持刚度不仅取决于弧形夹爪的刚度大小,而且与轮毂毛坯的几何尺寸有关.本夹具中的六弧形夹爪设计对夹具的径向夹持刚度可以起到较好的积极作用,能够有效提高夹具结构的稳定性. A flexible fixture for an automobile wheel hub was designed,which could reliably clamp the wheel hub with a diameter of 43.18~50.8 cm without artificial replacement of parts.Aiming at the designed fixture structure,the force condition in the working process was analyzed,the functional relationship between the maximum radial displacement of the fixture and the cutting elements of the tool was determined,and the theoretical model of the fixture radial dynamic clamping rigidity was established.Using the method of finite element numerical simulation,the radial clamping rigidity characteristics of the fixture were analyzed.Results show that the clamping force does not affect the radial dynamic clamping rigidity of the hub clamp.The radial dynamic clamping rigidity of the hub clamp not only depends on the rigidity of the arc-shaped clamping jaws,but also is related to the geometric dimensions of the hub blank.The design of the six-arc jaws in this fixture can play a very positive role in the radial clamping rigidity of the fixture,and can effectively improve the stability of the fixture structure.
