摘要
在煤矿井下的自动钻孔作业中,为进一步提高施工效率和安全性,可通过增加自动钻机的钻杆箱容量来减少添加钻杆的次数和停机时间,从而减少操作人员在孔口的作业时间。钻杆箱容量增大导致结构形式发生变化,从而需要一种新的钻杆箱液压系统与之相匹配。通过分析自动上杆系统的动作流程,设计了箱式钻杆箱的液压系统,并对关键的托举液压缸进行了选型计算与校核计算。样机测试和工业性试验表明,该钻杆箱液压系统可与机械手相匹配实现自动上杆操作,动作运行流畅,性能稳定,达到了设计要求。
During automatic drilling operation in underground collieries,in order to further improve the construction efficiency and safety,the volume of the drilling rod box of the automatic drilling rig was usually increased so as to reduce the number of times and downtime of the drilling rod addition,as well as decrease the working duration of the operator at the orifice.The increase in the volume of the drilling rod box leaded to the change of its structural mode,therefore a new kind of hydraulic system matched with the drilling rod box was needed.After the analysis on the motion flow of the automatic drilling rod addition,the hydraulic system of the drilling rod box was designed,the sizing calculation and checking calculation of the key component of lifting cylinder were conducted.Prototype test and industrial test showed the hydraulic system of the drilling rod box was matched with the manipulator so as to realize the automatic drilling rod addition with smooth motion and stable performance,which met the design requirements.
