摘要
针对提升机游动天轮在使用中无法实现设计游动距离的的问题,详细分析了导致上述问题的原因,得出了影响游动距离的主要因素是天轮轴瓦结构与位置布局,给出了天轮轴瓦在油槽结构、端部倒角和材料方面的改进设计方案,建立了游动天轮到卷筒水平布置距离的估算和修正计算方法,在位置布局方面提出了改进意见。
Since the floating head sheave failed to realize its designed floating distance during service,the causes were analyzed in detail,and the main factors affecting the floating distance were identified as the structure and location layout of the bush of the head sheave.After that,the improvement schemes about the structure of oil groove,the end chamfer and the material of the bush were put forward,the methods of estimating and correcting the horizontal layout distance between the floating head sheave to the drum were established,and improvement suggestions about location layout were offered also.
