中小型深冷储罐安全阀入口段管路压降计算及要点分析

摘要 目前,石油、天然气等能源行业因安全阀排放系统而发生的事故,除了有日常的操作与维护等因素的影响外,与安全阀的选型和进、出口管路的设计布置也有非常大的关系。故,要确保深冷储罐(-196℃~-40℃)的安全阀排放系统安全、可靠,就必须确保安全阀的选型合理,安全阀入口段、出口段的管路压降设计合理。对于安全阀入口段管路的压降这一个点,目前行业中选用的依据基本都是从压力容器大方向出发,针对性不强,本文对中小型深冷储罐安全阀入口段管路的压降计算方法及要求做详细的介绍,能够为相应的设计、验收提供理论基础,可有效降低深冷储罐安全阀的故障率,减少安全事故的发生。 At present,the accidents caused by relief valve discharge system in petroleum and natural gas industry have a great relationship with the selection of relief valve,the design and layout of inlet and outlet pipeline,in addition to the influence of normal operation and maintenance.Therefore,in order to ensure the relief valve discharge system of cryogenic storage tank(-196℃~-40℃)is safe and reliable,it is necessary to ensure that the selection of safety valve is reasonable,and the design of pipeline pressure drop of the inlet and outlet sections of relief valve is reasonable.For the pressure drop of the relief valve inlet section,the current industry selection is based on the pressure vessels,not strong pertinence;In this paper,the pressure drop calculation method and requirements of the inlet section of the relief valve of medium and small cryogenic storage tanks are introduced in detail,which can provide a theoretical basis for the corresponding design,check and accept.It can effectively reduce the failure probability of safety valve of cryogenic storage tank and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
