矿用激光甲烷仪表动态性能测试装置研制

摘要 为研究开放式激光甲烷仪表在甲烷突变条件下的响应时间测试方法,基于对开放式激光甲烷仪表工作特性原理的研究,采用分级瞬变技术实现开放式测试空间条件下甲烷浓度梯度瞬变控制,研制出甲烷浓度瞬变情况下开放式矿用激光甲烷仪表的多级瞬变动态性能测试装置。介绍了该测试装置的多腔体标准气室、驱动装置、监测装置、配气及控制装置等主要组成部分。应用试验结果表明,该装置的甲烷梯度动态切换时间可在16 ms~18 s宽范围内调整,提高了测量精度,可实现更准确、更高效的甲烷测量。 In order to study the response time test method of open-ended laser methane instrument under the condition of methane mutation,based on the analysis of the working principle of open-ended laser methane instrument,the hierarchical transient technology was used to realize the transient control of methane concentration gradient under the condition of open test space,and the multilevel transient dynamic performance test device of open-ended mine laser methane instrument under the condition of methane concentration transient was developed.The main parts of the device were introduced,including multi-cavity standard chamber,driving device,monitoring device,as well as gas distribution and control device.The application test results show that the dynamic switching time of methane gradient can be adjusted in the wide range of 16 ms~18 s,which improves the measurement accuracy and realizes more accurate and efficient methane measurement.
