核医学职业人员眼晶体的受照剂量研究

摘要 目的量化核医学职业人员眼晶体当量剂量[H_(p)(3)]并探索其与全身有效剂量[H_(p)(10)]之间的关系。方法2020年11月至2021年4月,采用眼晶体剂量计EYE-D^(TM)和热释光个人剂量计(TLD)测量不同岗位放射工作人员双眼和全身[分别以H_(p)(3)和H_(p)(10)表示]的受照剂量,分析二者的相关性。结果根据EYE-D^(TM)剂量计测量结果,估算SPECT/CT放药人员、护士和技师的眼晶体年当量剂量分别为(4.23±0.04)、(3.53±0.02)和(2.83±0.11)mSv/a;PET/CT中心这3个岗位工作人员的眼晶体年当量剂量分别为(8.07±0.62)、(5.94±0.08)和(3.80±0.46)mSv/a。SPECT/CT、PET/CT中心职业人员H_(p)(3)_(mean)和H_(p)(10)之间的Pearson相关系数分别为0.82和0.91,线性回归方程分别为H_(p)(3)_(mean)=0.57 H_(p)(10)+0.08(R^(2)=0.67)和H_(p)(3)_(mean)=0.68H_(p)(10)+0.07(R^(2)=0.83)。结论H_(p)(3)_(mean)和H_(p)(10)高度相关,可用H_(p)(10)来近似估计。核医学职业人员眼晶体年当量剂量符合国际新推荐的限值(20 mSv/a),但PET/CT中心放射性药物制备人员的H_(p)(3)相对较高,风险较大,应采取有效防护措施进一步降低眼晶体剂量水平。 Objective To quantify occupational eye lens dose(H_(p)(3))and explore the relationship between H_(p)(3)and the whole-body effective dose(H_(p)(10)).Methods Wemeasured the radiation exposure for medical personnel(radiopharmacists,nurses and technologists)in a nuclear medicine department between November 2020 and April 2021,bilateral H_(p)(3)were recorded using 2 dedicated eye lens EYE-D^(TM)dosemeters,additionally,H_(p)(10)was monitored with thermoluminescent dosimeter(TLD).Monthly measurements were carried out and used to estimateannual doses.The Hp(3)was characterized by the average value of both eye lens[H_(p)(3)_(mean)].Correlations between H_(p)(3)_(mean)and H_(p)(10)were assessed with Pearson coefficient,and linear regression was used topredict H_(p)(3)_(mean)from H_(p)(10).Results The estimated annual eye lens dose for radiopharmacists,nurses and technologists were(4.23±0.04)、(3.53±0.02)and(2.83±0.11)mSv/a,respectively.Pearson correlation coefficient between H_(p)(3)_(mean)and H_(p)(10)for SPECT/CT and PET-CT departmentwere 0.82 and 0.91,respectively.The linear regression equation for for SPECT/CT and PET-CT department were H_(p)(3)_(mean)=0.57 H_(p)(10)+0.08(R~2=0.67)and H_(p)(3)_(mean)=0.68 H_(p)(10)+0.07(R~2=0.83),respectively.Conclusions The annual eye lens dose of nuclear medicine workers were complied with the proposed new lens of eye dose limit(20 mSv/a).However,The estimated annual exposure of the eye lenses of PET radiopharmacists were relatively high,and effective protective measures should be taken to further reduce H_(p)(3).H_(p)(3)_(mean)were highly correlated with H_(p)(10)and may bepredicted from the H_(p)(10)values.
