摘要
目的 探讨巴林特小组干预对手术室护士情绪智力与职业倦怠的影响。方法 选取某市4家综合医院162名手术室护士为研究对象,按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组开展巴林特小组干预,对照组不予干预。比较两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、情绪智力量表(EIS)、职业怠倦感量表(MBI)测评评分。结果 干预8周后,观察组的HAMA、HAMD测评评分均明显降低,且低于对照组(P<0.05);EIS测评评分明显升高,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预8周后,观察组的MBI量表中情绪衰竭、去人性化维度测评评分均明显降低,且低于对照组;个人成就感维度测评评分明显升高,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 巴林特小组干预有利于提高手术室护士的情绪智力水平并缓解其职业倦怠。
Objective To explore the influence of Balint group intervention on emotional intelligence and job burnout of operating room nurses.Methods 162 operating room nurses from 4 general hospitals in a city were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The observation group was intervened with Balint group intervention,the control group was not intervened.Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),emotional intelligence scale(EIS),Maslach Burnout Inventory scale(MBI)assessment score were used to compare the results of these two groups.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,HAMA and HAMD assessment scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).EIS assessment score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,the scores of emotional exhaustion and dehumanization in the MBI scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The score of personal achievement dimension was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Balint group intervention is beneficial to improve the emotional intelligence level of operating room nurses and alleviate their job burnout.
