腹腔镜肾部分切除术和肾癌根治术治疗T1b期肾癌患者的临床效果比较

Clinical observation of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy and radical nephrectomy in treating T1b renal cell carcinoma

目的探究腹腔镜肾部分切除术和肾癌根治术治疗T1b期肾癌患者的临床效果.方法选取2018年5至2019年5月在本院收治的100例T1b期肾癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(采用腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗)与对照组(采用肾癌根治术治疗),每组各50例.比较两种术式对治疗效果的影响.结果观察组的术中出血量、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、住院时间、术后通气时间、手术时间明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).观察组治疗后的生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗T1b期肾癌患者,可显著改善临床指标,降低出血量,减少手术并发症,提升生活质量,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy and radical nephrectomy for T1b renal carcinoma.Methods A total of 100 patients with stage T1b renal cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group(laparoscopic partial nephrectomy)and control group(radical nephrectomy)according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.To compare the effect of two kinds of operation on therapeutic effect.Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss,VAS score,length of hospital stay,postoperative ventilation time and operation time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The quality of life after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for patients with stage T1b renal cancer can significantly improve clinical indicators,reduce blood loss,reduce surgical complications,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
