商业体系与实际服务人口流动性耦合关系研究——以南京都市圈为例

Coupling Relationship Between Commercial System and Actual Service Population Mobility:A Case Study of Nanjing Metropolitan Area

随着城市和区域联系的不断深入,以人流为代表的流要素在资源配置中的作用愈发重要,流动性逐渐成为商业体系研究的重要视角。文章以南京都市圈为研究对象,利用POI、手机信令数据等多源数据,在分析商业体系及实际服务人口流动性特征基础上,通过构建耦合协调发展度模型探究两者之间的关系。研究表明:(1)南京都市圈商业体系呈现明显的单中心集聚以及空间分异特征。(2)南京都市圈呈现城市内人流联系紧密,而城市间人流联系相对较弱的特征,跨市人口流动在城市交界地区集聚程度较高。(3)南京都市圈商业体系与实际服务人口流动性耦合协调性水平整体相对较低,处于高能级商业空间集中于少数街镇的不均衡状态,以及商业体系与实际服务人口流动性发展不同步的态势。在未来的发展中,都市圈商业体系优化配置需要更好地顺应流动性规律,立足于实际服务人口分析与预测,构建动态分级分区的商业服务体系,以促进都市圈商业空间一体化发展。

With the deepening of the relationship between cities and regions,the population flow,as a representative of element flows gradually plays an important role in the resource allocation.And mobility has gradually become an important perspective of business system research.Taking Nanjing metropolitan area as the research area and using multisource data such as mobile phone signaling data,this paper constructs the coupling coordinated development model between the business system and the actual service population,and explores their relationship.The research shows that:1)There is obvious single-center agglomeration and spatial differentiation in the study area.2) There is close population flow connection within cities and sparse population flow connection between cities.Inter-city population mobility is concentrated in urban junction areas.3) The coupling coordination degree between the business system and the mobility of the actual service population is relatively low.The commercial space is concentrated in a few streets and towns,and the business system is out of sync with the mobility of the actual service population.In the future,the optimization of business system configuration in metropolitan area needs to better comply with the law of mobility,builds a dynamic hierarchical and zoning business service system on the basis of the analysis and prediction of the actual service population.The research promotes the integrated development of the business space of metropolitan area.
