中国青年文工团对国有文艺院团正规化建设的影响

Chinese Youth Art Ensemble and the Normalization of State-owned Art Theaters and Troupes

中国青年文工团是因1949年及1951年参加世界青年与学生和平友谊联欢节而组建的,这两次出访东欧所获得的成果为国有文艺院团正规化建设带来了深远的影响。首先,以北京人民艺术剧院的建立为起点,推动了全国各地文工团向专业化文艺院团转变;其次,开启了现代化专业剧场的建造;第三,发现并培养了一大批舞台艺术中坚力量,为社会主义文艺事业的发展作出了贡献。

In 1949 and 1951 the newly-established Chinese Youth Art Ensembles took part in the World Festivals of Youth and Students on behalf of the People’s Republic of China. These two visits to Eastern Europe have a far-reaching impact on the normalization of state-owned art theaters and troupes. With the foundation of the Beijing Theatre of People’s Art, the transition of Chinese art ensembles nationwide to professional theater troupes has been accelerated. Theaters which meet international standards have been constructed and talents have been nurtured fostering the development of socialist art.
