我国麻精药品管理研究的文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Narcotic and Psychotropic Drugs Management Research in China

目的:探索我国近20年麻精药品管理研究现状,揭示麻精药品研究热点和变化趋势,为我国麻精药品研究方向提供参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI) 2001年1月~2020年12月麻精药品管理相关研究的文献,采用CiteSpace5.8 R1软件,利用共词分析、聚类分析及突现分析等文献计量学方法对相关文献进行统计和可视化分析,绘制共现图谱。结果:共纳入文献3 275篇,近20年国内麻精药品管理研究论文数量呈现先稳步上升后逐渐回落的趋势;发文量最多的作者以张友干为代表,为11篇,且形成一定的核心作者群;关键词出现频数排名前三的为麻醉药品、用药频度和合理用药;目前研究热点包括麻精药品使用管理、合理用药、用药频度;该领域研究前沿是药品管理和药品滥用。结论:近20年国内对麻精药品管理的研究主要集中在麻醉药品的用药频度和合理用药。未来的关注点可能集中在麻精药品的管理和滥用情况。

Objective:To explore the research status of narcotic and psychotropic drugs(NPS) management in recent 20 years in China,reveal the research hotspots and trends of NPS,and provide reference for the research direction of NPS in China.Methods:Based on the data sources of CNKI from January 2001 to December 2020,literatures related to narcotic and psychotropic drugs management were retrieved and selected.CiteSpace 5.8 R1 software was used to conduct statistical and visual analysis of relevant literatures by literature metrology methods such as co-word analysis,cluster analysis and emergence analysis,and a co-occurrence map was drawn.Results:A total of 3 275 papers were included.The number of domestic papers on NPS management increased steadily at first and then decreased gradually in the past 20 years.Represented by Zhang Yougan,the author with the largest number of publications published 11 papers and formed a certain core author group.The top three keywords in frequency and centrality were narcotic drugs,drug use frequency and rational use.At present,the research hotspots included the use and management of NPS,rational drug use and medication frequency.The research frontier in this field was drug management and drug abuse.Conclusion:The research on narcotic and psychotropic drugs management in China in recent 20 years mainly focused on the frequency and rational use of narcotic drugs.Future concerns are likely to focus on the regulation and abuse of narcotic drugs.
