活血化瘀汤联合穴位埋线对颅脑外伤患者术后神经功能及睡眠质量的护理价值

The effects of the Huoxue Huayu decoction plus acupoint catgut embedding on postoperative neurological function and sleep quality in patients with craniocerebral trauma

目的:探析活血化瘀汤联合穴位埋线对颅脑外伤患者术后神经功能及睡眠质量的护理价值。方法:以吴川市人民医院97例颅脑外伤术后患者的资料作为研究样本开展试验性研究,病例收治时间为2018年8月-2020年8月,其中应用活血化瘀汤治疗的49例患者纳入参照组,应用活血化瘀汤联合穴位埋线治疗的48例患者纳入研究组,对两组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度、睡眠质量、疼痛程度、中医症状积分与凝血指标进行观察。结果:治疗后,研究组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)神经功能缺损程度评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、中医症状平均积分均低于参照组(P <0.05);治疗后,研究组D-二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)平均值低于参照组,凝血酶原时间(Prothrombin Time,PT)平均值、活化部分凝血活酶时间(Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time,APTT)平均值均高于参照组(P <0.05)。结论:予颅脑外伤患者活血化瘀汤联合穴位埋线治疗,能够减轻其神经功能缺损程度,并促进睡眠质量、疼痛程度、凝血指标与临床症状的改善。

Objective:To explore the effects of the Huoxue Huayu decoction(活血化瘀汤)plus acupoint catgut embedding on postoperative neurological function and sleep quality in patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods:The clinical data of 97 cases from August 2018 to August 2020 was selected as research objects.The 49 cases treated with the Huoxue Huayu decoction were included in the reference group,and 48 cases took the Huoxue Huayu decoction plus acupoint catgut embedding were included in the research group.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS neurological deficit score,PSQI score,VAS score and average score of TCM symptoms in the research group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean values of D-D in the research group was lower than the reference group,and the mean values of PT and APTT in the research group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huoxue Huayu decoction plus acupoint catgut embedding therapy on craniocerebral trauma can reduce the degree of neurological deficit,and promote the amelioration of sleep quality,pain level,coagulation indexes,and clinical symptoms.
