文雅教授从脾胃立论针药并用治疗眩晕经验

文雅教授临证上十分重视脾胃在眩晕发病和病机演变中的重要作用,认为脾胃功能失调是导致眩晕发作的病机关键所在,主张通过调理脾胃来治疗眩晕,治疗以脾胃为中心,辨证审因,并针对不同病理因素,健脾和胃佐以补气养血、祛痰化湿、平肝潜阳之法,同时结合薄氏腹针疗法,针药并用提高临床疗效,此经验在临床工作中获效颇丰。

Professor WEN Ya attaches great importance to the important role of the spleen and stomach in the pathogenesis of vertigo,believes that the dysfunction of the spleen and stomach is the key to the pathogenesis of vertigo,and advocates that dizziness should be treated by regulating the spleen and stomach.The treatment is centered on the spleen and stomach,differentiates the syndromes and examines the causes,and targets different pathological factors,strengthens the spleen and stomach,supplements Qi(气)and nourishes blood,dispels phlegm and removes dampness,and calms the liver and subdues Yang(阳).This experience is very effective in clinical work.
