基于骨-肾轴理论探讨中医药在肾性骨病中的应用

Discussion on the application of TCM in treating renal bone disease based on bone-kidney axis theory

肾性骨病是慢性肾脏病严重的并发症之一,是由慢性肾脏病引起的矿物质与骨代谢紊乱的系统性疾病,其中包括钙、磷、维生素D和甲状旁腺激素代谢紊乱,骨的转换、矿化、容积等的异常以及血管或其他软组织钙化。现代医家根据其临床症状及发病特点将其归属于中医“骨痿”“骨痹”“虚劳”等范畴,同时认为人体骨骼的生长发育与肾脏关系密切。文章从骨-肾轴相关分子通路探讨中医药在肾性骨病中的应用,为临床提供理论依据。

Renal bone disease is one of the serious complications of chronic kidney disease. It is a systemic disorder of mineral and bone metabolism caused by chronic kidney disease, including disorders of calcium, phosphorus, vitamin D and parathyroid hormone metabolism, abnormal bone turnover, mineralization and volume, and calcification of blood vessels or other soft tissues. According to the clinical symptoms and characteristics of the disease, modern doctors classify it as “bone flaccidity”, and “bone arthralgia” and “asthenia” in TCM, believe that the growth and development of human bones are closely related to the kidney. This paper discusses the application of TCM in treating renal osteopathy from the molecular pathway related to bone-kidney axis, so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.
