浅谈口苦从虚论治

Treating bitter taste from the Xu theory

口苦是较常见的临床症状,基本病机是胆气上逆。主要病位在胆腑,与肝、心、脾、胃、肾都有着密切的关系。口苦的原因不尽属实属热,内伤杂病中,主虚主寒者并非少见。口苦从某一角度反映了脏腑阴阳的偏颇。文章总结了临床从虚论治口苦的常见辨证分型,列举了典型病案,验证了口苦亦有从虚论治的理论,提出临证治疗口苦要辨清虚实正邪、阴阳属性。

Bitter taste is a relatively common clinical symptom,and the basic pathogenesis is the ascending of gallbladder Qi(气).The main disease site is in the gallbladder,which is closely related to the liver,heart,spleen,stomach and kidney.The reason for bitter taste is not only because of excess and heat,but also because of Xu(虚)and cold.Bitter taste reflects the biased of Yinyang(阴阳)and Zangfu(脏腑).In this article,the common syndrome differentiation of clinical treating bitter taste from the theory of Xu is summarized,typical medical records are listed,and related theories are verified.In the treatment of bitter taste,Xu and excess,vital Qi(气)and pathogen,Yinyang of the disease should be considered.
