In this article,Director WEI Chengjian’s experience in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy based on the theory of“internal and external treatment,muscle and bone treatment,Qi(气)and blood treatment”was summarized.Director WEI Chengjian thinks that the pathogenesis of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is not only the attacks,more related to the body’s internal factors.The treatment should also pay attention to Qi and blood,and put forward to“the internal and external treatment,bones and muscles treatment,Qi and blood treatment”theory on unique insights of the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,the clinical curative effect is definite,and it provides a new method for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
