孤独症谱系障碍儿童中医症状特点研究

A study on TCM symptoms characteristics of children with autism spectrum disorder

孤独症谱系障碍是神经发育障碍性疾病,近年来其患病率持续攀升,成为严重的全球性公共卫生问题。目前,其病因、病理机制和治疗措施等都得到不断的丰富和扩充,但仍然没有特效的治疗手段和药物。中医学对该病的认识及治疗手段也取得了一定的进展,但也仍表现出很多不足。本研究对孤独症谱系障碍患儿的临床症状特点进行研究,分析并总结其中医证型分布特点,以期为新的治疗思路奠定理论基础。

Autism spectrum disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder. Its prevalence has continued to rise in recent years, and it has become a serious global public health problem. At present, its etiology, pathological mechanism and treatment measures have been continuously enriched and expanded, but there are still no specific treatment method and medicine. TCM has also made some progress in the understanding and treatment of the disease, but there are still many deficiencies. In this paper, the clinical characteristics of autism spectrum disorder in children were researched, and the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types were summarized to lay a theoretical foundation for new treatment ideas.
