耳针辅助治疗小儿遗尿症临床疗效的Meta分析

A meta-analysis of clinical efficacy of auricular acupuncture on infantile enuresis

目的:系统评价耳针辅助治疗小儿遗尿症的临床疗效。方法:通过检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、EMbase等,获取有关常规治疗对比常规治疗联合耳针辅助治疗小儿遗尿症的临床随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2020年11月,由两名研究员进行独立检索,并采用Cochrane量表对纳入的文献进行质量评价和资料提取,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入9项临床研究,纳入受试对象696个,Meta分析结果提示与常规治疗相比,耳针辅助治疗可以明显提高小儿遗尿的临床总有效率(P <0.000 01)。结论:相比常规治疗,联合耳针辅助治疗可以明显提高小儿遗尿症的临床总有效率,但是由于纳入文献质量相对不高,仍需要业内人士共同探讨。

Objective: To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of auricular acupuncture on infantile enuresis. Methods: In CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM, PubMed, EMbase database and so on, the literature on clinical randomized controlled trial of routine treatment compared with routine treatment plus auricular acupuncture on infantile enuresis was retrieved and obtained. The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the databases to November 2020. The retrieval was carried out independently by 2 researchers. The Cochrane scale was used to evaluate the quality of the included literature, and relevant data was extracted. RevMan 5.3 software was used for a meta-analysis. Results: 9 clinical studies were included, with 696 subjects. The results of the meta-analysis showed that compared with routine treatment, auricular acupuncture adjuvant therapy could significantly improve the total efficiency of infantile enuresis(P<0.000 01).Conclusion: Compared with routine treatment, routine treatment plus auricular acupuncture on infantile enuresis can obviously improve the total efficiency. However, due to the relatively low quality of the included literature, it still needs to be discussed by people in the industry.
