摘要
老年社区获得性肺炎的临床表现不典型,但其合并症及并发症较多。老年人随着年龄的增长,基础疾病多,免疫功能低下,而耐药性增加,故成为多重耐药菌肺炎的重要患病人群,为治疗老年社区获得性肺炎增加了困难。中医药治疗老年社区获得性肺炎不良反应少,常规治疗配合中医药疗法可提高疗效。文章归纳总结了中医药治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的临床近况。
The clinical manifestations of elderly community-acquired pneumonia are not typical, but there are many comorbidities and complications of the disease. With the growth of age, the elderly have more underlying diseases, weakened immune function, and increased medicine resistance, so they have become an important sick population of multidrug-resistant bacterial pneumonia. It increases the difficulty for the treatment of elderly community-acquired pneumonia. TCM has few adverse reactions in treating elderly communityacquired pneumonia, and conventional treatment plus TCM therapy can improve the efficacy. In this article, the clinical status of treating elderly community-acquired pneumonia in TCM was summarized.
