China's Rule of Law on the Internet since the 18TH National Congress of the CPC:Achievements and Experience

党的十八大以来,在全面依法治国和网络强国建设实践中,我国加强了网络法治建设的顶层设计,加快推进网络法治建设,取得了一系列重大成就,积累了宝贵的实践经验。坚持科学的顶层设计和加快立法、专项执法、创新司法、全网普法是推进网络法治建设的基本经验。健全网络法治建设的顶层设计机制,初步形成网络法律规范体系,健全网络执法机制,提升依法管网与依法行政能力,推进网络司法改革,提升司法能力,完善网络司法规则,落实网络普法责任制,推进网络企业合规文化建设等是推进网络法治建设取得的主要成就。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has strengthened the top-level design of the construction of the rule of law on the Internet,accelerated the construction of the rule of law on the Internet,and made a series of major achievements and accumulated valuable experience in the practice of comprehensively governing the country according to the law and building a strong nation with advanced Internet services.In promoting the construction of rule of law on the Internet,the basic experience China has gained includes:adhering to scientific toplevel design;speeding up legislation and special law enforcement;innovating the judicial system;and raising public awareness of law on the Internet.The major achievements are as follows:China has improved the top-level design mechanism for the construction of rule of law on the Internet;basically formed a legal regulation system for the Internet;improved its ability to manage the Internet according to the law;enhanced its administration according to the law;promoted the reform of the network judicial system;improved the judicial ability and the network judicial rules;implemented the accountability system for raising public awareness of law on the Internet;and promoted the Internet enterprises to form a law-abiding culture.
