发酵药泥灸治疗肩关节周围炎验案1则

Treating one case of frozen shoulder by fermented medicinal mud moxibustion

本医案研究总结了1例风寒痹阻型肩关节周围炎(简称肩周炎)的发酵药泥灸诊治过程,探讨中药发酵外敷的临床效果。肩周炎为临床常见的骨关节疾病,为患者造成诸多不便,中药泥灸治疗肩周炎的疗效确切。山西中医药大学第三中医院在传统泥灸基础上进行创新,将现代中药发酵技术结合传统泥灸形成发酵药泥灸,以探讨联合治疗的新方法。发酵药泥灸取效快捷,操作简便,可避免针刺疼痛,缩短疗程,提高临床疗效,为临床治疗骨关节疾病提供新方法,也为发酵泥灸治疗肩周炎的进一步研究做基础,值得学习与推广。

In this medical case study,the diagnosis and treatment process of the wind-cold obstruction type frozen shoulder by fermented medicinal mud moxibustion was summarized in order to discuss the clinical effect of TCM fermented medicine external application.Frozen shoulder is a common clinical bone and joint disease,which causes a lot of inconvenience to patients.Modern Chinese materia medica fermentation technology was combined with traditional mud moxibustion by the hospital to form fermented mud moxibustion in order to explore new treatment methods of frozen shoulder.Fermented mud moxibustion is quick to take effect,easy to operate,can avoid acupuncture pain,shorten the course of treatment,improve clinical efficacy,provide a new method for the clinical treatment of bone and joint diseases,and also lay a foundation for further research on fermented mud moxibustion in the treatment of frozen shoulder.It is worthy of learning and promotion.
