Objective:To investigate and analyze the effects of the Bushen Huoxue decoction(补肾活血汤)plus warming acupuncture and moxibustion on bone healing and bone metabolism of osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures patients. Methods:The 96 cases from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group. After surgery, the control group was treated by routine postoperative treatment, and the observation group was additionally treated with the Bushen Huoxue decoction plus warm acupuncture and moxibustion. Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was obviously higher than the control group(P<0.01).The fracture healing degree in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of bone formation indexes in the two groups were improved, the levels of bone resorption indexes in the groups were reduced, and the bone metabolism indexes in the observation group were ameliorated more significantly(P<0.05).The postoperative complication in the observation group was obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating postoperative osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures with the Bushen Huoxue decoction plus warm acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the clinical efficacy and fracture healing effect, ameliorate bone metabolism, relieve osteoporosis, and reduce postoperative complications. It is worthy of promotion.
