商宪敏教授治疗类风湿性关节炎验案3则

Three examples of Professor SHANG Xianmin’s experience in treating rheumatoid arthritis

商宪敏教授将类风湿性关节炎急性发作期分为“风寒湿痹”“风湿热痹”及“寒热错杂痹”三类证型,运用中医中药辨证论治,治疗效果满意。文章通过3例临床验案浅析商宪敏教授治疗类风湿性关节炎急性期的思路及用药经验,进一步阐明商宪敏教授从肺、脾、肾三脏论治的中医思维,以及其寒热并投、通补兼施的用药特点,以期为中医同道提供治疗方向。

Professor SHANG Xianmin divided the acute onset of rheumatoid arthritis into three types of syndrome,“wind-colddampness arthralgia”,“arthralgia caused by wind-damp-heat pathogens”and“cold-heat mixed arthralgia”.This paper analyzed Professor SHANG Xianmin’s thinking and experience of treating acute rheumatoid arthritis through three clinical cases,further elucidated Professor SHANG Xianmin’s thinking of treating disease from the three viscera of lung,spleen and kidney,as well as the characteristics of cold and heat treatment,combination of dredging and tonifying method,in order to provide treatment direction for fellow TCM practitioners.
