葛根牵正汤联合星状神经节阻滞治疗面神经炎的疗效分析

Efficacy of the Gegen Qianzheng decoction plus stellate ganglion block on facial neuritis

目的:探讨葛根牵正汤联合星状神经节阻滞治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年11月-2020年11月余干仁和医院中医科住院面神经炎患者100例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各50例,对照组采用常规针灸治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用葛根牵正汤联合星状神经节阻滞治疗,干预前后两组患者均采用面神经功能House-Brackmannn(H-B)分级、面神经功能简易评定量表评分、肌电图检查及总有效率进行评定。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率为100%(50/50),对照组总有效率为88%(44/50),两组治疗后面神经功能H-B分级、面神经功能简易评定量表评分均显著改善,两组肌电图中瞬目反射R1潜伏期缩短、复合肌动作电位(Compound Muscle Action Potential,CMAP)波幅及传导速度显著提高,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:葛根牵正汤联合星状神经节阻滞治疗面神经炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the Gegen Qianzheng decoction(葛根牵正汤)plus stellate ganglion block on facial neuritis.Methods:From November 2019 to November 2020,a total of 100 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 50 cases for each.The control group was treated by conventional acupuncture,while the treatment group was treated with the Gegen Qianzheng decoction plus stellate ganglion block more.Results:After treatment,the total efficienay was 100%(50/50)in the treatment group and 88%(44/50)in the control group.The scores of the nerve function H-B grading and facial nerve function simple assessment scale after treatment in the two groups were significantly ameliorated,the blink reflex R1 latency in the EMG in the two groups were shortened,compound muscle action potential amplitude and conduction velocity were significantly improved,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Gegen Qianzheng decoction plus stellate ganglion block shows a significant effect on facial neuritis,and it is worthy of clinical application.
