口苦为临床的常见症状之一,尚未有明确统一的发病机制,在西医中,其作为一个无特异性的症状,常常被忽视,尚无特效药物,而在中医中,口苦的出现频率较高,往往采取对证治疗的方法。苏娟萍教授临床经验丰富,从虚从湿论治口苦多用香砂六君子汤,疗效显著。文章将对苏娟萍教授的学术思想及用药经验进行系统阐述,为口苦的诊疗提供新的思路。
Bitter taste is one of the common clinical symptoms,and there is no clear and unified pathogenesis.In Western medicine,as a non-specific symptom,it is often ignored,and there is no effective drug.In traditional Chinese medicine,the occurrence of bitter taste is high,and the method of syndrome-based treatment is often adopted.Professor SU Juanping has rich clinical experience.She treats bitter taste from deficiency and dampness.She often uses the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction(香砂六君子汤)to treat bitter taste,and the curative effect is remarkable.This article will systematically expound Professor SU Juanping’s academic thoughts and drug experience,and provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of bitter bitter taste.
