摘要
在煤炭生产制造过程中,输送带时常会由于各种原因而产生纵向的断裂,进而报废,可能会影响到整个煤炭工业流程安全进行。需要对输送带及时检测,一旦发现断裂问题,就必须立刻停止其工作,从而降低经济损失。文章研究一种用线激光作辅助对输送带进行故障检测的方法,提高了获取激光条纹图像的对比度,弱化了颗粒、尘土等其他杂质因素的存在,使得提取结果更加清晰直观;操作方法十分简单,过程比较容易实现;大大提高了整个检测过程的速度和准确性,几乎做到了实时检测。实现了高效、准确的检测出传送带故障并为其提供了相应的保护措施。
In the process of coal production and manufacture,the conveyor belt often breaks vertically due to various reasons,which may affect the safety of the whole coal industry process.The need for timely detection of the conveyor belt,once found the problem of fracture,must immediately stop its work,thereby reducing economic losses.In this paper,a method of fault detection of conveyor belt by using line laser is studied,which improves the contrast of Laser Stripe Image and weakens the existence of other impurity factors such as particles and dust,the method is very simple,and the process is easy to realize.The speed and accuracy of the whole detection process are greatly improved,and almost real-time detection is achieved.The system can detect the faults of conveyor belt efficiently and accurately and provide the corresponding protective measures.
