基于Cortex-M4的电缆物联感知终端设计及应用

摘要 针对电力电缆智能运维存在的问题及物联网技术的发展趋势,基于Cortex-M4内核的处理器设计了电力电缆物联感知终端。终端具备电缆护层环流、运行电流、接头温度等参量的实时监测及超限、量值突变、三相不平衡和负荷比越限等边缘计算能力,同时具备电缆防盗割判别功能,实现一个防火分区内电力电缆的状态实时感知与故障分析,保障电力电缆设备的运行安全。试验及现场运行结果表明:终端性能满足精度及安全性要求,具有很好的应用前景和推广价值。 Aiming at the problems existing in the intelligent operation and maintenance of power cable and the development trend of Internet of Things technology,a power cable Internet of Things sensing terminal was designed based on the processor of cortex-M4 core.The terminal has real-time monitoring of cable sheath circulation,operating current,joint temperature and other parameters,edge calculation capabilities such as out of limit,sudden change of quantity value,three-phase imbalance and load ratio out of limit,as well as cable anti-theft cutting discrimination function,so as to realize real-time state perception and fault analysis of power cables in a fire compartment and ensure the operation safety of power cable equipment.The test and field operation results show that the terminal performance meets the requirements of accuracy and safety,and has good application prospect and popularization value.
