摘要
针对动车组轴温监测准确性要求不断提升的问题,设计了基于STM的列车轴温监测报警系统。该装置由硬件系统部分和软件系统部分构成。硬件系统主要由采集处理板卡、通信板卡和电源板卡组成,其中采集处理板卡主控芯片为STM32F103,通信板卡的主控芯片为STM32F407;软件系统由嵌入式软件系统组成,嵌入式软件系统在RT-Thread嵌入式操作系统上搭建。经过试验证明,该系统在保持较高测量精度的情况下,数据传输稳定,可靠性较高,达到工程实际应用要求。
In order to improve the accuracy of EMU axle temperature monitoring,a train axle temperature monitoring and alarm system based on STM was designed.The device was composed of a hardware system and a software system.The hardware system was mainly composed of acquisition and processing board,communication board and power board,in which the main control chip of the acquisition and processing board is STM32F103,and the main control chip of the communication board is STM32F407.Software system was composed of embedded software system.The embedded software system was built on the RT-Thread embedded operating system.It is proved by experiments that under the condition of maintaining high measurement accuracy,the data transmission of the system is stable and reliable,and meets the requirements of practical engineering application.
