基于LabVIEW与机器视觉的机动车发动机转速测量仪智能校准系统 被引量:5

摘要 针对目前手动方式校准发动机转速测量仪过程中所遇到的工作效率低、操作失误使校准结果准确性降低等问题,设计了基于LabVIEW和机器视觉技术的发动机转速测量仪智能校准系统。该系统以工控机为核心,通过LabVIEW软件开发平台,控制标准源按校准点输出转速信号,驱动被检转速测量仪进行数值显示,被检仪表所得值通过串口通信和视觉识别方式传回控制程序中,校准数据及结果可实现即时处理保存。实验结果表明该系统支持多种型号规格被检仪表的校准工作,可实现500~6000 r/min校准转速范围内自动化测量,校准时间缩短了约70%。 In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and operation errors in the process of manually calibrating the engine speed measuring instrument,an intelligent calibration system for vehicle engine speed measuring instrument based on LabVIEW and machine vision technology was designed.This system took industrial control computer as the core,and drove the speed measuring instrument to display the value by controlling the standard source and outputting the speed signal according to the calibration points by means of LabVIEW software development platform.The values of the instrument under test were returned to the control program through serial communication and visual recognition,and the calibrated data and results could be processed and saved in real time.The experimental results show that the system supports the calibrations of various types and specifications of the instrument.It can realize automatic measurement within the range of 500~6000 r/min calibration speed,and the calibration time can be shortened by nearly 70%.
