CT纹理特征分析在孤立性肺结节诊断中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 肺癌是呼吸系统恶性病变,也是我国患病率与病死率均居于首位的恶性肿瘤,其高致死风险主要与早期无特异性症状的孤立性肺结节(SPN)有关,故对肺部结节的鉴别诊断对临床治疗肺癌患者非常重要。胸部CT扫描是目前临床用于鉴别诊断肺癌的主要手段,常规CT是借助SPN的形态学征象来判断其良恶性,但对部分结节的鉴别难度较大。近年来,随着CT技术的发展,CT纹理特征分析(CTTA)、多层螺旋CT灌注成像从多个角度不同特征的量化指标来鉴别SPN的良恶性,甚至可为基因突变的预测及患者预后质量的评估提供参考。该研究针对CTTA在SPN诊断中的应用进展进行综述。
