摘要 目的:构建以家庭为中心的全面发育落后(GDD)患儿家庭照护者健康教育方案。方法:通过文献检索、问卷调查、半结构式访谈和小组讨论确定以家庭为中心的GDD患儿家庭照护者健康教育方案初稿,对山西省17名专家进行2轮专家函询,根据专家意见对条目进行增减、修改,构建最终版以家庭为中心的GDD患儿家庭照护者健康教育方案。结果:2轮专家函询问卷回收率分别为85%和100%,专家权威系数分别为0.85和0.88。第2轮专家函询中各级条目重要性均分为4.06~5.00分,满分率为23.53%~100.00%,变异系数(CV)为0.00~0.13,一级条目、二级条目专家意见肯德尔和谐系数(Kendall's W)分别为0.607和0.552(P<0.001)。最终构建包括5个一级条目、22个二级条目的以家庭为中心的GDD患儿家庭照护者健康教育内容及具体实施步骤。结论:本研究构建的以家庭为中心的GDD患儿家庭照护者健康教育方案具有较高的科学性、适用性,有利于护士为GDD患儿家庭照护者提供健康教育指导。 Objective:To construct family⁃centered health education plan for family caregivers of children with global developmental delay(GDD).Methods:The preliminary draft of family⁃centered health education plan for family caregivers of children with GDD was constructed through literature reviews,questionnaire investigations,semi-structured interviews and group discussions.Two rounds of expert letters with 17 experts in Shanxi province were implemented,and entries were added,decreased or modified according to the opinions of experts.Than,the final version of family⁃centered health education plan for family caregivers of children with GDD was constructed.Results:The questionnaire recovery rates of two rounds of expert letters were 85%and 100%,respectively,and authority coefficients of two rounds of expert letters were 0.85 and 0.88,respectively.In the second round of expert letters,important average score of all levels were from 4.06 to 5.00,full score rate were from 23.53%to 100.00%,coefficient of variation(CV)were from 0.00 to 0.13,and Kendall's W of expert opinion in first⁃level entry and the second⁃level were 0.607 and 0.552(P<0.001).Finally,family⁃centered health education content and implementation steps for family caregivers of children with GDD was constructed,and the content included 5 first⁃level entries and 22 second⁃level entries.Conclusions:Family⁃centered health education plan for family caregivers of children with GDD constructed in this study has higher science and applicability.It is helpful for nurses to provid health education guidance for family caregivers of children with GDD.
