火针加星状神经节阻滞治疗脑血栓的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Fire Acupuncture Plus Stellate Ganglion Block on Cerebral Thrombosis

目的分析火针加星状神经节阻滞治疗脑血栓的临床效果。方法选取我院自2018年2月至2020年1月收治的脑血栓患者98例,应用数字表随机法分成两组,对照组(n=49)应用星状神经节阻滞治疗,观察组(n=49)在此基础上,应用火针治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果①治疗前,两组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分和NIHSS评分之间无明显的差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分和NIHSS评分均有改善,但是观察组的改善效果比对照组优越,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗后,观察组(4例,占8.16%)与对照组(2例,占4.08%)患者在不良反应发生率方面没有明显的差异,差异无差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。③治疗前,两组患者在生活质量的评分无差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,虽然两组患者的生活质量都有明显的回升,但观察组患者更占优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④治疗前,两组患者均存在严重的焦虑和抑郁情绪,且组间差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪改善的质量比对照组更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。⑤观察组(47例,占95.92%)患者对治疗的满意度评估质量相比对照组(42例,占85.71%)更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火针加星状神经节阻滞治疗脑血栓的临床效果显著,可以改善患者的运动功能和神经功能,治疗具有较高的安全性,提升患者的整体生活质量和满意度,是一种优秀且值得推荐的联合治疗方案。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of fire needle plus stellate ganglion block in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Methods Ninety-eight patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(n=49) was treated with stellate ganglion block, and the observation group(n=49) was treated with fire needle on this basis to compare the clinical effect of the two groups. Results(1) Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the FuglMeyer score and NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer score and NIHSS score of the two groups were improved, but the improvement effect of the observation group was superior to that of the control group, which met the statistical standard(P<0.05).(2)After treatment, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(4 cases,accounting for 8.16%) and the control group(2 cases, accounting for 4.08%), and the difference did not meet the statistical standard(P>0.05).(3) Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of SF-36 quality of life index scale between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment, the SF-36 quality of life index scores of the two groups were improved, but the improvement effect of the observation group was superior to that of the control group, which met the statistical standard(P<0.05).(4) Before treatment, there were severe anxiety and depression in the two groups, and there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05). After treatment, the quality of the improvement of anxiety and depression in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group, differences and statistical standards(P<0.05).(5) The overall satisfaction of patients in the observation group(47 cases, accounting for 95.92%) after treatment was generally higher than that of the control group(42 cases, accounting for 85.71%), which met the statistical standard(P<0.05). Conclusion Fire needling plus stellate ganglion block has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis, and can improve the motor function and neurological function of patients. The treatment has high safety and improves the overall quality of life and satisfaction of patients. It is an excellent treatment method. and recommended combination therapy.
