孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童喘息性支气管炎的效果

Application of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Asthmatic Bronchitis in Children

目的分析孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童喘息性支气管炎疾病的效果。方法以2019年7月至2021年7月收治的喘息性支气管炎患儿100例为研究对象,基于入院先后顺序分组,观察组(n=50)在对照组(n=50,采用布地奈德治疗)基础上联用孟鲁司特钠治疗。对比两组治疗方案的临床疗效、肺功能指标变化、炎症指标、免疫功能指标。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,肺功能改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,患者的气道功能指标、炎症指标(CCL-19、CCL-12、IL-4、IL-33、TIMP-1)、免疫功能指标(免疫球蛋白水平、CD_(5)抗原样蛋白水平、补体C_(3))均改善,且观察组改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于儿童喘息性支气管炎疾病,采用孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗方案的效果确切,患儿的临床症状能得到显著改善,免疫功能提高,且用药安全性较高,利于改善患儿的预后。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods From July 2019 to July 2021,100 children with asthmatic bronchitis admitted to this stage were the research objects,and they were divided into groups based on the order of admission.The observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50,budesonide)in combination with montelukast sodium.Comparison and observation of the clinical efficacy difference between the two groups of treatment plans.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the improvement of lung function was greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the patient's airway function indicators,inflammatory indicators(CCL-19,CCL-12,IL-4,IL-33,TIMP-1),immune function indicators(immunoglobulin level,CD_(5) antigen-like protein level,complement C_(3)) were improved,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with asthmatic bronchitis,montelukast sodium combined with budesonide therapy is effective,and the clinical symptoms of children can be significantly improved,the immune function is improved,and the drug safety is good,which is conducive to improving children's prognosis.
