肝癌介入治疗中采取旋转三维数字减影血管造影技术的意义

Significance of Using Rotary DSA Technique in Interventional Treatment of Liver Cancer

目的探讨在肝癌介入治疗中采取旋转三维数字减影血管造影(DSA)技术的意义。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月在大连市第六人民医院介入科治疗的40例肝癌患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,两组患者均采用临床传统治疗,对照组20例患者在此基础上给予采取临床传统DSA技术治疗,试验组20例患者在对照组基础上采取临床旋转三维DSA技术治疗,比较两组治疗后出现出血、发热、恶心呕吐、上腹部不适比例。结果试验组治疗后出现出血、发热、恶心呕吐、上腹部不适比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于肝癌患者来说,在肝癌介入治疗中采取旋转三维DSA技术的效果较好,可有效减少患者发生出血、发热、恶心呕吐和上腹部不适情况。

Objective To study the significance of rotational DSA in interventional therapy of liver cancer.Methods A total of 40 patients with liver cancer treated in the Interventional Department of Dalian Sixth People's Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The two groups of patients were treated with clinical traditional treatment,20 patients in the control group were treated with clinical traditional DSA technology on the basis of this,and 20 patients in the experimental group were treated with clinical rotational three-dimensional DSA technology on the basis of the control group.The proportions of bleeding,fever,nausea and vomiting,and epigastric discomfort were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The proportion of bleeding,fever,nausea and vomiting,and epigastric discomfort in the experimental group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with liver cancer,rotating three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography is effective in the interventional treatment of liver cancer,which can effectively reduce bleeding,fever,nausea and vomiting,and epigastric discomfort.
