优质护理干预对妇科肿瘤患者术后并发症发生率的影响

Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Gynecological Tumor

目的探讨优质护理干预对妇科肿瘤患者术后并发症发生率的影响。方法本研究对象为沈阳市妇婴医院2018年10月至2020年6进行手术治疗的妇科肿瘤患者370例。将患者随机分成两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施优质护理干预措施。观察两组患者术后焦虑、疼痛、恶心呕吐、术后出血、尿道感染等并发症的发生率及住院时间。结果护理后,观察组患者焦虑评分为(24.52±6.43)分,明显低于对照组的(40.64±6.28)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后疼痛、恶心呕吐、术后出血、MACCE、尿道感染发生率分别为10.27%,11.35%,4.32%,1.62%,1.08%,对照组患者术后疼痛、恶心呕吐、术后出血、MACCE、尿道感染发生率分别为19.46%,21.62%,7.03%,3.24%,2.70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预措施能够有效降低妇科肿瘤患者术后并发症的发生率,对患者的康复和提高围手术安全性具有积极的促进作用。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of gynecological tumor patients.Methods The object of this study was 370 cases of gynecological tumor patients undergoing surgical treatment from October 2018 to June 2020 in Shenyang Maternity and Infant Hospital.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with routine care,the observation group implemented quality nursing interventions on the basis of routine care.The incidence of postoperative anxiety,pain,nausea and vomiting,postoperative bleeding,urinary tract infection and other complications and hospitalization time were observed in the two groups.Results After care,the anxiety score of the observation group was(24.52±6.43),which was significantly lower than that of the control group of(40.64±6.28),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative pain,nausea and vomiting,postoperative bleeding,MACCE,and urinary tract infection of the observation group were 10.27%,11.35%,4.32%,1.62%,1.08%,the incidence of postoperative pain,nausea and vomiting,postoperative hemorrhage,MACCE,and urethral infection in the control group were 19.46%,21.62%,7.03%,3.24%,2.70%,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stay of the observation group was also significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing interventions can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with gynecological tumors,and have a positive role in promoting patient rehabilitation and improving the safety of perioperative.
