大学生志愿者居家养老参与现状的调查及分析

Investigation and analysis of college students'volunteer participation in home care

目的 探究大学生志愿者服务居家养老现状,发挥大学生志愿者服务居家养老的积极作用,以满足当今社会老年人对居家养老的服务需求.方法 采用横断面调查,整群抽样,对246名新余学院志愿者进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括一般资料、服务现状调查以及服务意愿调查.结果 研究显示,79名(32.1%)表示更倾向于打扫卫生志愿服务,91名(37.0%)参加志愿活动是为了锻炼自己的能力,221名(89.8%)表示在得到补助的情况下更愿意参加志愿活动,93名(37.8%)参加志愿活动的顾虑是志愿服务节日化短期化,113名(45.9%)表示服务老人的必要需求为志愿组织要注重志愿者的素质,提供高质量服务.结论 大学生志愿者参与度有待提高,并能一定程度上弥补居家养老服务人员短缺现状.

0bjective To explore the current situation of ollege studenls'voluteer service for home care,and to play a posilive role of college students'volunteer service for home care so as to meet the serviee needs of the elderly in today's society.Methods Cluster sampling was used to conduct a quest ionnaire survey among 246 volunteers of Xinyu College,including general information,sevice slatus and serviee willigness.Results According to the study,79 pople(32.1%)preferred to voluntcer for cleaning,91 people(37.0%)wanted to exerrise their abilities,221 people(89.8%)wanted to volunteer if they were given subidies and 93 people(37.8%)wanted to volunteer because they thought voluteering would br short term 113 rspondents(45.9%)expresserd the need to serve the elderly.Voluntary onganizations should pay atention to the quality of volunteers and provide high-quality services.Conclusion College students'volunteer participation needs to be improved to make up for the shortage of home-based care workers.
