情景模拟式护理对精神分裂症患者危险行为及自我健康认知效能的影响

Effect of situational simulation nursing on risk behaviors and selfhealth cognition efficiency of patients with schizophrenia

目的 探讨情景模拟式护理用于精神分裂症患者对住院期间危险行为、健康教育知识知晓率及满意度的影响.方法 选取2018年1月-2020年2月盐城市第四人民医院收治的86例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采用双色球抽签方式将患者进行平均分组,分成对照组与观察组,每组各43例.对照组给予基础护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予情景模拟式护理,对比两组患者住院期间危险行为发生率、健康教育知识知晓率及满意度调查结果.结果 观察组的危险行为发生率6.98%,显著低于对照组的危险行为发生率23.26%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的健康教育知识知晓率95.35%,显著高于对照组的健康教育知识知晓率79.07%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总满意度97.67%,显著高于对照组的总满意度83.72%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 针对精神分裂症患者,住院期间对其实施情景模拟式护理可减少危险行为的发生,促使其健康教育知识知晓率得以提升,最终获得满意的护理效果,对患者病情的恢复起到积极的作用.

Objective To explore the effect of scenario-based nursing for schizophrenia patients on the awareness rate and satisfaction o£risk behaviors and health education knowledge during hospitalization.Met hods Eighty-six patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from Januaiy 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into groups of 43 cases in each group and the observation group with 43 cases in each group.The control group was the control group.Basic nursing was given.The observation group was given scenario-simulated nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of dangerous behaviors,awareness rate of health education knowledge and satisfaction survey results during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Resu Its The incidence of risky behaviors in the observation group was 6.98%,which was significantly lower than the incidence of risky behaviors in the control group 23.26%(P<0.05);the awareness rate of 95.35%of health education knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 79.07%in the control group Knowledge awareness rate (P<0.05);97.67% of the total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than 83.72%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclus ion For patients with schizophrenia,the implementation of scenario simulation nursing during hospitalization can reduce the occurrence of dangerous behaviors,promote their awareness of health education knowledge,and finally obtain satisfactory nursing results,which can positively help the patients'condition.
