Development and research summary of pulse tube refrigerator at liquid nitrogen

摘要 脉管制冷机因结构简单、运动部件较少,具有重量轻、振动小、稳定性高、寿命长等优点,使其有望成为高温超导领域优势显著的低温制冷机类型。简要介绍了脉管制冷机的发展历程及其在液氮温区的国内外研究现状,重点阐述了不同类型脉管制冷机在用户侧使用的优缺点。讨论了脉管制冷机应用在高温超导领域需要解决的关键问题及未来的发展方向。 The pulse tube refrigerator has the advantages of light weight, low vibration, high stability and long life due to its simple structure and few moving parts, it is expected to become a type of cryogenic refrigerator with significant advantages in the field of high temperature superconductivity. This development history of pulse tube refrigerator and its research status at home and abroad in liquid nitrogen temperature zone were briefly introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of different types of pulse tube refrigerators were focused. Finally, the key problems to be solved and the future development direction of pulse tube refrigerator in the field of high temperature superconductivity were discussed.
