摘要
本文采用超景深显微镜结合显微激光拉曼光谱仪分析复合膜结构及材质。首先,采用冷镶嵌法将复合膜包埋于镶嵌料内。其次,对包埋块的复合膜截面进行打磨、抛光。第三,使用超景深显微镜对样品层数及各层的厚度进行表征与测量。最后,采用显微激光拉曼光谱法在785 nm激发波长条件下对复合膜中各层截面分别进行分析,并获得各层的材质。对样品包埋后进行打磨、抛光能获得平滑的复合膜截面,采用超景深显微镜可准确确定层数及层厚,采用显微激光拉曼光谱法则可以快速、准确地对塑料复合膜的各层材质进行鉴定。
The analysis of structure and material of laminated films was carried out by Ultra-Depth 3D Microscope and Microscopical Laser Raman Spectroscopy. Firstly, the laminated film was embedded in the inlay materials by cold inlay method.Then, the sample was polished along its cross-section direction after the inlay material was cured. Thirdly, the layer numbers and thickness of each layer were characterized and measured by a Ultra-Depth Three-Dimensional Microscope. At last, the materials of each layer of resin were analyzed and identified by Microscopical Laser Raman Spectroscopy under the conditions of 785 nm excitation wavelength. A clear multi-layer cross-section of the laminated film was obtained through the pretreatment of cold inlay method, the numbers and thicknesses of layers could be known by Ultra-Depth 3D Microscope and the materials of different layers could be rapidly and accurately analyzed by Microscopical Laser Raman Spectroscopy.
