水果中农药残留的检测结果评价 被引量:2

Result Evaluation of the Pesticides Residues in Fruit

摘要 为了解目前水果种植业使用的农药种类,本文收集研究了60份水果的多项农药残留检测数据,并参照国家标准要求来评价结果是否合格。水果来源于国内种植基地,包括柑橘类和浆果类等6类水果。经过分析大量数据总结出水果种植基地常用的农药是杀虫剂和杀菌剂,包括吡唑醚菌酯、苯醚甲环唑、咪鲜胺、噻虫嗪、多菌灵、吡虫啉、啶虫脒、联苯菊酯等20余种。评价得知绝大多数农药残留都符合相关标准规定,仅有8个数据不合格。水果的农药残留情况良好可控,水果中以柑橘类农药残留检出最多,建议消费者剥皮后食用。 In order to know the types and residue levels of pesticides used at fruit planting base in domestic regions, this paper collected 60 fruits for analysis and evaluation according to the related standards. The survey shows that the commonly used pesticides in above fruits are insecticide and bactericide, including Pyraclostrobin, Difenoconazole, Prochloraz, Thiamethoxam, Carbendazim,Imidacloprid, Acetamiprid, Bifenthrin, and so on. The results of most of them meet the standard requirements, except for 8 results.It shows the health risk caused by pesticides in fruit is low. However, what should be noted is that more pesticides residues were detected in orange than other fruits. It is advisable to remove the peel of the orange before it is taken.
