UPLC-MS/MS法测定白酒中纽甜含量不确定度评价

摘要 本文对超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定白酒中纽甜含量进行不确定度评价。依据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,分析测定过程及数学模型,主要考虑标准物质纯度及称量、标准曲线工作溶液定容与稀释、测量重复性、线性回归方程拟合、回收率引入的不确定度,最后计算、评价各不确定度。结果表明,扩展不确定度为±4.3μg/L,测量结果表示为(51.8±4.3)μg/L,k=2。该方法可为超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定白酒中纽甜含量不确定度评价提供参考。 This study evaluates the uncertainty for the determination of the content of neotame in Baijiu by ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS). According to the requirement of Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty Measurement(JJF 1059.1-2012), this study analyzes the detection process and mathematical model, mainly considering the uncertainty introduced from the purity and weighing of reference materials, the constant volume and dilution of standard curve working solution, the repeatability of measurement, the fitting of linear regression equation and the recovery rate, and then finally calculates and evaluates each uncertainty. The results show that the expanded uncertainty is ±4.3 μg/L, and the measurement result is expressed as(51.8±4.3)μg/L, k = 2. This method provides a reference for the uncertainty evaluation of the determination of the content of neotame in Baijiu by UPLC-MS/MS.
